When: Saturday November 22^nd 2025 at 18:30

Where: Gildegården Vanløse Alle 41, 2720 Vanløse - If you are coming by public transportation, the closest metro stations are Vanløse and Flintholm, both 11 mins walk.

Fee: 300 DKK for members, 350 DKK for non-members. (You are a member if you are paying annually or quarterly.)

Your registration is only valid once you have paid by November 15^th.

Also - the ordinary CH3 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will start at 18:30.

The agenda :

1. Choice of Chairman (for the meeting)
2. The GM's report
3. Submission of preliminary accounts.
4. Consideration of proposals (see below)
5. Other matters
6. Presentation of the new Mismanagement (during the Xmas Party)

Proposals to be raised at the ordinary Annual General Meeting shall be submitted to the Mismanagement <misman25@ch3.dk> and shall be submitted at least 14 days before the general meeting.
