2010.08.13 - CH3 Summerhouse Weekend in Sweden

The Copenhagen Hash House Harriers have been invited by Wahini and Sweet Potato to a 'summerhouse' weekend at their place in Helsingborg.
The dates are August 13-14-15th, it will be a traditional bring-your-own-tent-and-sleeping-bag event. The details, including signup and cost will be posted later, this is just to give you the dates

2010.08.20 - Odense Nyborg H3 - 1000th run

In June 1990 Nyborg Hash House Harriers NH3 was formed (from 1993: Odense-Nyborg Hash House Harriers, ONH3), and this year we have been running for 20 years.
We would like to invite all our hashing friends as well as all old hashers who have joined the ONH3 over the years to an unforgettable and outstanding
1000 RUN WEEKEND, 20-22 Aug. 2010
Venue: Port Arthur, Solevadvej 5, 5690 Tommerup, Denmark
We have rented a large cabin south-west of Odense with 66 beds inside, but with plenty of space around for putting up your own tent, so we should be able to accommodate at least a hundred hashers.
Price: 1000 DKK (or 135 Euro)
For this ridiculously low price you will get:
- Accommodation Friday and Saturday (bring sleeping-bag)
- Pub-crawl in Odense Friday evening (not including the drinks in the pubs)
- Healthy and nourishing brunch and lunch pack Saturday
- Country-side Run Saturday afternoon
- Games and competitions
- Delicious and plentiful Celebration Dinner Saturday evening
- Songs and entertainment
- Music and dance
- Sunday morning brunch and hangover Run
AND OF COURSE ALL THE BEER AND WINE YOU CAN CONSUME DURING THE WEEKEND!!

This year's 12 step meeting will be will be held on the 12th December on the MF William Jørgensen, Eik Skaløes Plads, 1437 København K (map)
Step 1: Arrival at 19:30
Step 2: Welcome Drink and social intercourse
Step 3: Dinner served at 20:00
Step 4: White wine
Step 5: Red Wine
Step 6: Beer
Step 7: Coffee and avecs
Step 8: The contents of Kangaroo's drinks cupboard
Step 9: "Whisky ... Gin ... Vodka ... just make it a large one bartender!" "Ice and lemon sir?", "If there's room in the glass!"
Step 10: Rum, sodomy and the lash
Step 11: Trawling for leftovers
Step 12: Carriages, coats and bushes
Music and Dancing until late
Dress code is Black Tie or Ethnic dress from your home country (or just a smart sarong, sari, kilt, dish-dash you brought home from a holiday

2010.09.03 - ScandiJock no. 3 in Gothenburgh, Sweden

When you think you were safe, here comes ScandiJock #3!!
Where? In lovely Gothenburgh, with assistance of the Gothenburgh Hash. Brief itinerary:
Probable prelube with a Gothenburgh run on Thursday 02 Sep in evening for those who want to arrive early.
Accomodation at Scandic Crown Hotel, Polhemsplatsen 3, S-411 11, Gothenburg, Sweden.
Of course there will be t-shirts or another exciting item under investigation, more information to come! The Junior Turd Chevy pickup beer truck and beertap will also attend, with kegs of beer connected! In order to secure deposit for the hostel we will yet again have a good early bird rate! Be there or be a rectangular object!
Friday:
Registration and checkin from 15:00
Pubcrawl in Gothenburgh in the evening. more info to come.
Saturday:
Boat trip into the Gothenburgh archipelago with run, laid by the Gothenburgh H3 with beerstops, whiskystop, beerstop, circle with down-downs, beer and whisky.
Dinner and drinks in the evening. Venue to be advised.
Sunday:
Hangover run, beerstop, whiskystop, circle with down-downs, beer and whisky.

I'll probably be attending the Absolut run on Saturday 03Oct, so if anybody wants to register I'll bring some forms. Looking forward to seeing both seasoned ScandiJock attendees and newbies there!
